Calendar Integration
Convert a time into the right local hour for Google Calendar, Outlook or an ICS invite, so events and reminders land at the correct time for everyone invited.
To search for a slot that works for several people at once, use the Meeting Planner instead.

Why time zones break calendar invites
A calendar invite stores a time, not a place. The sender's offset is often attached to the event, and every other participant's calendar reinterprets it in their own local time. That works until one side changes its clocks, or the event crosses a daylight saving boundary, and the meeting quietly shifts by an hour.
Converting the time here before you create the event avoids that. Note two points that catch people out:
- Prefer the city or IANA zone (Europe/London) over a fixed offset (GMT+1). A fixed offset ignores daylight saving and will be wrong for part of the year.
- Half-hour and 45-minute zones exist, including India, Nepal, and parts of Australia. Converting via a whole-hour offset puts the meeting out by 30 minutes.
- Zoned time such as 09:00 in Europe/London means 9am local all year, which is usually what people mean by "9am UK time".
