Team Collaboration
Create a shared workspace for your team: save each member's home time zone once, then see everyone's local working hours side by side without re-entering them.
For a one-off meeting with people outside your team, use the Meeting Planner instead - no account needed.

How a shared team time zone workspace works
A workspace stores one home time zone per member instead of re-typing everyone's location on every thread. Once the zones are saved, everyone's local working hours can be read off a single grid, and a change of address or a move is a one-field update rather than an announcement.
It suits teams that are permanently distributed. For a one-off call with people outside the team, a Meeting Planner is quicker and needs no account.
Practical notes
- Ask each member for their home city rather than their current location; colleagues who travel otherwise need editing every trip.
- Expect a small permanent overlap window at best. Teams split between the US and Europe usually share only the late US morning, and teams spanning Europe and APAC often share under an hour.
- Set expectations on response times as well as meeting times. The hour that works for a call is rarely the hour that works for an urgent message.
- Remember the extremes: the date differs between hemispheres, so "Monday 9am" can be Sunday for half the call.
